Summary:
This article details the end-of-life cycle for our On-Premise applications (4x & Private Host). Solver will support the current version back to the prior major.minor build. For example, if the current release version is 5.2, Solver will support all versions back to 4.2. If that oldest version does not exist, the next newest version will be supported.

Mainline support |
Solver Support will fully support version-specific questions, research, and will provide assistance per the support contract. Product bugs will be reviewed, replicated, and escalated to development to be resolved for the currently released version only. |
Extended support |
Solver Support will continue to investigate version-specific issues and provide support. Product bugs or compatibility issues due to changes in dependent software, such as Windows or Office, will only be reviewed for the versions in Mainline support. |
End of support |
Once Extended support expires, Solver Support will continue to answer general version-specific questions when possible. |
