Symptoms

When a user tries to save data, they receive the following error message:

"No record has been saved due to storage security."

Causes:   

This error indicates a problem with storage security.

Resolution:

1. In the Data Warehouse, click Administration
2. Storage Management
3. Check all configurations within the list.
4. Anything listed with "Active" checked means that users will NOT be able to store the values defined in the security permissions from the Planning application.
