This article details the steps necessary to change the name of an organization's tenant.
Solver Cloud has a hierarchy system for configuration where multiple tenants can fall under one organization, i.e. "Customer". A Customer's administrator may change their tenant names, but the "Customer" name must be changed by Solver.
To change your Customer name, please submit a ticket to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Changing a Tenant Name
To change the displayed tenant name, follow these steps:
- As an admin, log into Solver Cloud.
- Navigate to Settings > Administration
- Select the tenant whose name you would like to change
- Click the Pencil icon to edit the name
After successfully changing the name, refresh the web page and the new name should appear in the upper right hand corner.
