It is noted that these balances are calculated using a business rule.
Cause & Resolution:
Within Excel math (and our emulator) the format needs to be set to display the correct number of decimal places. Effectively the number you show is zero, or you can use function ROUND.
Additionally, excel is limited to 15 decimal places.
If these amounts are being calculated via a business rule, have the round performed in the rule as it is added to the module.
You can format the column as 'number' with only 2 decimals.
