This article details how to enable and install MS Service Fabric for  Private Host installation. Microsoft Service Fabric uses Windows PowerShell scripts to create a local development cluster and for deploying applications. 

Method:

Before you begin, follow these steps:

1. First, you must verify and check if the Powershell is installed and enabled on your Server Environment.
2. Second, consult with the system administrator if any group policy or restriction is blocking PowerShell.

To enable the PowerShell feature on the Windows Server environment, follow these steps:

Server manager: You can drop PowerShell on the server through the Server Manager application.

Go to the Features section and select Windows PowerShell.
