PUB PH Issue: Publisher not sending emails

Symptoms:

Private Host Publisher Emails are not going out consistently.    

Causes:

The Startup type is set to Automatic (Delayed Start).

Resolution: 

Go to the Solver Publishing Service Properties and make sure that the Startup type is set to Automatic, not Automatic (Delayed Start)

1. Navigate to Start Services BI360 Publishing Service
2. Right-click Properties
3. Change Startup Type to Automatic
4. Click Apply
5. Click OK
