INSTALL BI360 Issue: MS vcredist 2008 interrupts 4.x installation

This article troubleshoots issues that can occur when installing 4.x versions due to the MS vcredist 2008 package. Sometimes the installer is not able to detect the correct version of the MS vcredist 2008 package on the installation machine.
