Summary:
This article illustrates how new Cloud users will activate their account. Keep in mind that there are specifics depending if AD and/or MFA are activated.
Method:
- You will get an invitation to login to Solver and setup your account:
- When you Accept the invite, it will bring you to this screen:
Enter your company email address that correlates to where the email invite was sent to. - You will then see the following window where you will either create a password, or “Sign in with Microsoft” if AD has been activated*
- For completely new users who have not registered/activated their Cloud user at all, if AD has been activated, you will have the option to register either via Portal or Azure Active Directory.
- If you are registering via 'Portal' option, you will simply create a password and access the web portal that way; however, if you are selecting 'Azure Active Directory' proceed with the following:

- In the above screenshot, you will ensure that the underline toggle highlights 'Azure Active Directory' and you will then click 'Register'.
- You will get this message. You need to click on “ACCEPT”:
- It will bring you to this window. Read and Accept:
- After you accept the invitation it bring you right to Solver Cloud

Possible Issues
If you find that the new user still appears as pending, as an admin user maneuver to the Admin settings then the User tab to view the following options under the newly added user:
Note: Email links become invalid after 30 minutes. Invite emails are sent out instantaneously - if you do not receive the invite email instantly, more than likely there could be email filters prohibiting the invite from showing up in your inbox. You can also check you junk folder.
To activate new users more instantly, you can maneuver to the above user options and select "Click to display invitation link". Once you copy that link, as a user currently logged in, you will have to log out, paste the invitation link in your web browser address bar to go through the new user registry.
