User was running a Planning template, to incorporate Line Item Details. When selecting multiple departments, the user could no longer see the Line Item Details for any value/amount.
In the screenshot below, on the left: the user selected for a single department and was able to view Line Item Details. On the right, when selecting for multiple departments, that did not have the same Division/code, they were not able to view the Line Item Details.
The user had set up their Data Settings to look for only one department code at a time. When selecting multiple departments, with different codes, the Line Item Details would not show up because of the different codes they share.
The user needed to add the different codes (in Text format) to hidden column in the report; adding the column as a cell reference in the Data Settings. When the user reran the report, now Line Items can be entered for all values for all selected departments.
