An administrator wants to add users as Report Recipient, so that they can receive Published Reports within the Cloud or Private Host Portal.
An administrator wants to have the ability for a user to see and open a report but without giving a Report Designer license.
The administrator can add the recipient the same way one would add a user.
The admin will go to Settings Administration Users Add the recipient’s email Go to Licensing Checkmark the box under “Publisher Recipients” for the user. Now this user will appear when choosing recipients in Publisher.
