Where is the integration cancel button? The user will need to reset their browser cache to fix this issue.
Cloud has pushed out the integration cancel feature in the last update in Sept 2019, but the user is not seeing this button in their tenant. The integration gets stuck in processing, when the user hovers the mouse over to the "Run" button, it shows as "Processing" but the user is unable to click on it to cancel the process.
The user will need to reset their browser cache to fix this issue.
Once you reset the cache, when you hover over the "Run" button while the integration is processing, it should automatically becomes a "Cancel" button.
