Summary:
This video walks users through resolving issues importing business rules into the BI360 Private Host installation. The issue results from the user IIS APPPOOL\BI360 not having read and write permissions to the Private Host folder location on the web server. This video will walk you through these steps.

This article pertains to BI360 Private host only
- On the IIS Server, locate the Solver BI360 folder in Program Files (in version 5.2.3 and later, the folder is called Solver)
- Right click on the folder and go to Properties.
- Go to the Security tab.
- Click on the Edit button.
- Click on the Add... button
- Click into Locations.
- Select the Machine instead of the domain.
- Click Ok.
- Type "IIS APPPOOL\Solver" ("IIS APPPOOL\SOLVER" in versions 5.2.3 and later).
- Click Check Names and it should change to "BI360" or "Solver" in versions 5.2.3 and later.
- Click Ok.
- By default, the user will have Read permissions. But we need Write permissions as well. Check that off.
- Click Apply and Ok.
