RC BI360 Error: The path is not of a legal form or not enough storage

at System.Drawing.IntSecurity.DemandReadFileIO(String fileName)  at System.Drawing.Image.FromFile(String filename, Boolean useEmbeddedColorManagement) 

at OneStop.Controls.Design.Meta.MetaHelper.SetBackgroundImage(String filename)

or "not enough memory"

Cannot load background image (see last part of the error message: SetBackgroundImage). There is a setting in Composer making it possible to set a background image in Composer. You might have selected a corrupt file, or a too large file (not enough memory).
