This article troubleshoots an issue that occurs when installing the Web Portal while cache needs clearing or IIS needs to be reset.
When a user installs Web Portal, the IIS page loads when trying to browse to the Portal site:
IIS needs to be reset.
To resolve this, start by simply clearing the cache in your browser. If you are still seeing the IIS page when browsing the site, an IIS reset and reboot of the server is needed as well.
