This article troubleshoots an error that occurs when creating a new report or opening an existing report
When a user creates a new report or opens an existing report, they receive the following error:
"Error occurred while checking for Planning License key: Access denied is shown."
This error is occurring because the user does not have read/write permissions to the folder location in the error.
IT needs to verify if users have read/write permissions to this folder location in the error message above. Additionally, the software requires read/write permissions to the following folder locations if IT can double-check them.
1. C:\Program Files\Solver
2. C:\Program files \OneStop Reporting
3. C: \Users\
