Summary:
This article offers steps to correct an error that can occur when saving a template using Report Designer with BI360 v4.x.
Symptoms:
When a user tries to save the BI360 template (File > Save), they get the following error message:
Resolution:
- First try to close out of Excel and re-open the form
- Then if this does not work try rebooting the machine and this should resolve the issue.
