When using account strings of the format: xxxx-rr-zz, Excel will automatically format it to look like: yy/zz/xxxx if the following conditions of the numbers are met:
Let xxxx be y, let rr be m, and let zz be d.

The result is something similar to the picture below. This will cause issues if you are using planning or portal to save back transactions.
In order to prevent Excel from auto-formatting these account string fields as dates, you will need to hard code the column or area to format TEXT (see below).
This will maintian the account string format when the report is run and prevent storage issues.
