This article troubleshoots an error that occurs when taking the planning form offline
When a user takes the published planning form offline, they receive the following error message:
"Error in fetching the comments from the database.
Cannot find column 1."

The issue was that the column count for the grid (interface setting) was not getting reset. This issue occurred only when the grids in the template had different number of columns selected on the interface setting.
