Resolution:
You will need to ensure that the correct ports are allowed through your firewall; specifically port TCP/80 to the ip address of products.onestopreporting.com. To check if this port is opened, ensure that you can connect to products.onestopreporting.com. To find the IP address of products.onestopreporting.com you must open command prompt and type in the following: ping products.onestopreporting.com
