This article troubleshoots an issue that occurs when running a Multi Company Load while not using OneStop Admin credentials.
When a user runs a load on BI360 Multi Company and then attempts to run a report within Designer, they find that the data has not been updated. However, data appears correct within Composer. MCL returns no errors and states a successful run.
The user was not utilizing OneStop Admin credentials when running MCL tool.
- Verify that the data connection in both Composer and Report Designer are correct.
- Ensure that the global reporting module is used to create reports.
- Re-run the MCL using OneStop Admin instead of Windows account as this is best practice when utilizing MCL tool.
