When a user logs into the Web Portal, they only see a grey screen.
This occurs when Silverlight is installed on the same browser where the Web Portal is being used.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Uninstall Silverlight and then install an older version of Silverlight such as 5.0.x.
- Log back into the Web Portal and it will prompt you to update Silverlight. Proceed with the update.
Installing the latest version directly causes this issue, installing an older version first and then letting it update when asked succeeds.
