Causes:
On older versions of Windows 10, there is an issue with rendering the report. This has been documented with users who were on version number 1511 of Windows 10 or older.
Resolution:
Updating Windows 10 to the latest version will fix this issue. There is no need to reinstall Excel or Reporting. At the time this article was written, version 1709 was the latest build of Windows 10.
