Portal is not licensed or you have not been assigned OSR Player.

Summary:

When a user logins to the web portal, the user gets the following error: 

Symptoms:

Cause:

The user was not assigned either a Player license or a Report Designer license in order to use the web portal.

Resolution:

You can assign a license to the user by doing the following:

Go to the Administration Tool  Application Management Check the box under either Player/Report Designer to grant user access to the application
