This article troubleshoots an issue when saving data through Planning
When a user saves data through planning, they get the notification that all data was saved successfully.
All newly created/updated data is visible in the Data Warehouse Manager through the Data Explorer, except for the data in the one period.
There are various elements that could cause the issue. Please follow the steps below.
1) Ensure that the writeback grid is set up correctly.
2) If it is, try including the column preceding grid where this is occurring. Be sure to include an 'i' in row 1 of that column
3) Go into the Admin Panel Configuration and check whether the sheet is 'forced storage' or 'store changes'. Choose the method opposite of what is currently selected.
In a few cases, step 3 has been known to resolve the issue. The data should now show up in the Data Warehouse.
