Upon a fresh installation, the user experiences this error when starting Data Warehouse Manager.
Then after clicking Okay and selecting a Data Warehouse to connect to, the user experiences this error.
A .DLL file has been corrupted.
In order to resolve this, uninstall Solver BI360 from the control panel and make sure there are no remaining folders called Solver BI360 in both Program Files and Program Files (x86) locations. Also delete the folders called Solver,_Inc from C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Local and the folder called SolverBI360 from C:\Users\(UserName)\AppData\Roaming.
The next step is to re-install Data Warehouse Manager. The .xml files in these locations will be recreated upon start of the Data Warehouse Manager program. The program should now start without issue.
