When trying to use BI360 Reporting the ribbon is stuck in 'automation' mode.
Automation mode or missing Bi360 Add-ins may occur if Excel crashes or is not able to shut down properly.
If you receive a message about Automation mode, close Excel and ensure all processes associated with Excel are closed in Task Manager then restart Excel.
Also ensure the Preview pane is disabled from Windows Explorer.
