This article will detail how to reset Solver's Multi-Factor Authentication.
For a user that needs to reset their multi-factor authentication, they may do so doing the following
- Log into Solver as an Administrator
- Click Settings >> Administration,
- In the upper right hand corner, click Search Users
- Search for the user either by email or username, and if that user has enabled Multi-Factor authentication, a link to reset the multi-factor authentication setup will be sent to that users email.
